80 ball bingo is pretty unique as the game is played on a 4×4 shutter board rather than on traditional bingo cards. As the corresponding numbers are called the shutters close over them until the pattern or full house is complete.
The board itself is very similar to 75 ball bingo in that patterns can be played within the 4×4 square. Although some sites play for simple patterns or the full house I personally prefer to play at sites where the 80 ball pot is split into 2 prizes, a pattern or line then the full house. This of course makes it similar to 90 ball bingo with the split pot. It’s fast and furious, much quicker than traditional 90 ball bingo and is great fun to play. Many sites give you the option to keep the same shutter board game after game if you’ve found numbers that are lucky for you.
